Your body is your Best Friend

How much do you care about your Friends and Family? Think of a person you are emotionally close with: friend, family member, spouse, romantic partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, or that wanna-be boyfriend or girlfriend, child or grandchild......Got that person in your mind?

If YOU eating better, exercising and reducing your stress would make that "loved one" healthier; would YOU eat better, exercise and reduce your stress for that treasured person? In many cases people wouldn't blink an eye about changing their lifestyle to help their "loved one" or "best friend". So think about your BODY as your Best Friend! When you take steps to have a healthier BODY you have a healthier life which you get to share in a more positive way with your "loved ones and friends".
